Code of Ethics and Policy for I am holistic (Breathe)

Please read these points carefully. 

  • I am holistic will not coach anyone under the age of 18, unless they have parental written permission.
  • I am holistic aims is to create a safe, harmonious space for the client, no aggression or negativity will be tolerated during the session, I am holistic have the right to end the call effective immediately without refund.

  • I am holistic will use WhatsApp and zoom calls as their preferred communication method, please make sure you have both downloaded in preparation for your reading.

  • I am holistic only accept cancellations 48 hours in advance.

  • All coaching sessions guarantee that’s all information’s spoken is confidential

  • I am holistic aim to create a safe space within the community groups, no aggression or negativity will be tolerated towards other group members. I am holistic have the right to remove you from the community group if this occurs.

  • I am holistic never wants you to feel uncomfortable, if there is anytime you feel uncomfortable within the session, please make me aware immediately.

  • i am holistic asks you to disclose whether you are being treated for any mental health issues with medication or by a doctor. This doesn't mean you wont be able to use my programmes, but, by disclosing your mental health conditions to me will help me bespoke the programmes to your needs better.

  • I am holistic is not a doctor, nor does it give people false hope, I am here to guide you, however you will have to work with me to achieve your goals, trauma and stress and anxiety doesn't just go away you have to put the work in, healing is a processing, i am here to guide you on that process.

  • I reserve the right to terminate our sessions at anytime, should you make me feel uncomfortable in anyway or are verbally abusive via zoom, or whatsapp or

messaging without refund.

  • PLEASE NOTE All sessions will be recorded for you, this is for you to see your progress or you may wish to go through our sessions again
  • I am holistic breathe is copyrighted, at no point are you allowed to replica my programmes or work

  • I am holistic website content is copyrighted at no point are you allowed to take pictures or content from the website
