How it Works

This is structured 1:1 work over 12 weeks. Either Foundation or Intensive, depending on your level. We don’t work at surface level. We work with the systems driving your behaviour, stress responses, and internal state.

Phase 1 — Pattern Mapping: We identify the patterns your system is running on, neurologically, behaviourally, and energetically.

Phase 2 — Stabilisation: Your nervous system is regulated so you’re no longer operating in constant stress, overdrive, or fluctuation.

Phase 3 — Rewiring: We shift the underlying patterns so your responses, habits, and decisions start changing automatically.

Phase 4 — Integration: This becomes stable and consistent, not something you have to constantly manage.
