The Programme:
These are 1:1 sessions
I come from a family of ex athletes and I am ex athlete. I did many sports competitions all the way up until my thirties, until I developed a serious hamstring injury.
Living a healthy lifestyle was crucial for me and still is; it’s a lifestyle that I enjoy every single day. I love the feeling of nutritional goodness in my body and doing sports. And yes, I do eat cake!
My training and competitions helped me develop a strong discipline and deep knowledge of overall physical wellbeing. Through diet and physical training and the mind-to- body connection, I learnt how to be completely in touch with my body, and I can help you achieve this too. You don’t have to be an athlete or deeply into sports or even do sport.
Being in touch with our body means we can avoid illnesses and diseases, early on.
I will talk you through your lifestyle and find out how we can improve your physical, nutritional and mental wellness.
During the lows in my life, I went off track. It was my discipline in the end, that I had established within my mindset, that pulled me back on to my healthy path again. It was what helped me stay constant and heal. I can help you develop consistency and discipline. Its a mindset and it is achievable by anyone at any age. Don't ever feel that you cannot achieve a healthy lifestyle, we all have to start somewhere and its never too late.
No matter what health issues you have, I can create a bespoke programme around you. Getting fit and healthy doesn’t mean we have to be at the gym 5 days a week, eating salad veg and chicken or killing the things that you enjoy, getting healthy starts in the mind! It simply means we need to tweak a couple of things; it is a gradual process. I will be with you every step of the way.
When you realise you have established your own discipline and created a whole new lifestyle, you will feel confident and empowered, and you won’t need me anymore.
