The Programme:

These are a 1:1 weekly sessions. During these sessions we can "deep-dive into you" as a whole person by looking at your current lifestyle and find ways to improve it. I will give you weekly goals to achieve.

Being holistic means to be whole - mentally, physically, spiritually and environmentally, searching for "cracks" to determine how to heal them. One of the hardest things to do is to acknowledge the cracks within us and face up to them. Once we have done this, we can start to heal and to create a new blueprint for ourselves. In other words, a new healthy beginning!
