Module 1 The art of meditation, how to meditate properly and keep your mind from being distracted and your body still
Module 2 How to use different breath work techniques within your meditations and guided meditations
Module 3 Learning about energy, and how to clear your own energy through meditation

- 1 hour weekly 1:1 session covering your module x 3 (all via zoom)
- All the knowledge and meditation techniques needed to become a confidant meditator
- Unlimited WhatsApp messaging
- 1 extra hour on top of your 3 hours for a catch-up session
