Module 3 & 4  Energy - How to understand energy, and how it can help us through meditation.

Module 5 & 6: Triggers - Recognising your own triggers and stagnant patterns.

Module 7: How to create new patterns for yourself, through mindfulness and meditation.

Module 8: Talking me through the new pattern you have created for yourself, and what you have learnt.
