The Programme:
Module: 1 & 2 Understanding the mechanics behind your stress and anxiety, looking at you as a “whole” and which meditation / mindfulness techniques will best suit you.
Module 3 & 4 Energy - How to understand energy, and how it can help us through meditation.
Module 5 & 6: Triggers - Recognising your own triggers and stagnant patterns.
Module 7: How to create new patterns for yourself, through mindfulness and meditation.
Module 8: Talking me through the new pattern you have created for yourself, and what you have learnt.
What Comes with this Programme:
- 1 hour weekly 1:1 session covering your module x 8
- Unlimited whatsApp messages
- 1 extra hour on top of your 8 hours for a catch-up session
- Many techniques and methods, and written material
